Shantal Frazier

From Service to Innovation.
Shantal Frazier is the Founder and CEO of ITLLC, LLC, an innovative product-development company built on one simple belief: everyday problems deserve practical solutions.
A retired United States Air Force Master Sergeant, Shantal brings more than 23 years of military service, leadership, financial management, problem-solving, and operational experience to her role as an entrepreneur. Her professional background also includes Accounting and Finance, Joint Counterdrug Task Force experience, and private-sector corporate administration.
Throughout her career, Shantal learned to look at challenges differently—not simply asking, “Why is this a problem?” but instead asking, “How can I make this easier?”
That mindset eventually became the foundation of ITLLC, LLC.
The Idea Behind ITLLC, LLC
Shantal founded ITLLC, LLC to create a platform where innovative ideas can be transformed into practical products that make everyday activities easier.
The company's motto says it best:
“Building ideas from creation to consumer.”
ITLLC, LLC represents more than creating products. It represents identifying everyday challenges, developing thoughtful solutions, protecting those ideas, and doing the work necessary to bring them to the people who can benefit from them.
Creating The Rollercan™
One of those everyday challenges led Shantal to create ITLLC's flagship innovation, The Rollercan™.
Taking out the trash is something almost everyone has to do, yet traditional indoor trash cans were never designed with the entire disposal process in mind. Heavy bags must still be lifted, carried, maneuvered and placed into an outdoor receptacle or dumpster.
Shantal believed there should be an easier way.
The result was The Rollercan™—a patented mobility-enabled waste-handling system designed to help users move household waste more easily from inside the home to its final disposal point.
With features including 360° lockable wheels, a retractable telescoping handle, a front leverage edge for easier disposal, and optional Bluetooth capabilities, The Rollercan™ was designed with convenience, mobility and accessibility in mind.
It is especially meaningful for seniors, individuals with disabilities or limited mobility, apartment and condominium residents, and anyone who simply wants an easier way to handle an everyday chore.
More Than an Inventor
For Shantal, entrepreneurship is another chapter in a life centered around service, leadership and helping others.
Her experience in the military, corporate environment and community has shaped the way she leads ITLLC, LLC—with discipline, accountability, persistence and a commitment to seeing ideas through.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix–Dallas, graduating with honors, as well as an Associate Degree in Accounting.
Today, she combines that business and financial background with her experience as an inventor and entrepreneur to guide ITLLC, LLC from product development through commercialization.
